目前國內無紙面石(shi)膏板生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)的自(zi)動(dong)化程度還未實(shi)現(xian),現(xian)處(chu)于手動(dong)和(he)(he)(he)半(ban)自(zi)動(dong)水(shui)平,受自(zi)動(dong)化水(shui)平的限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國內的無紙面石(shi)膏板的質量(liang)和(he)(he)(he)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)均不能滿(man)足(zu)市場(chang)的需求;為(wei)了解決(jue)以上存在的問題,本設(she)備提供了一(yi)(yi)套自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);其所采(cai)用(yong)的方案是:該(gai)自(zi)控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包(bao)括中(zhong)央(yang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室(shi)、溫度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成型工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干(gan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間(jian)通(tong)過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡系統(tong)環網(wang)(wang)連接,構(gou)成控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡層(ceng);各工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)過 CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與智(zhi)能控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備、變頻器(qi)連接,構(gou)成現(xian)場(chang)網(wang)(wang)絡層(ceng);生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分(fen)布式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊(kuai)選(xuan)用(yong)西門(men)子 S7-300,現(xian)場(chang)I/O 模塊(kuai)采(cai)用(yong)西門(men)子 ET-200S,人機界面 HMI 為(wei)西門(men)子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)(he)上位(wei)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通(tong)過冗余工(gong)(gong)業以太(tai)網(wang)(wang)相連,從而實(shi)現(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程的集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)(he)實(shi)時數(shu)據統(tong)一(yi)(yi)管理。設(she)備級(ji)(變頻器(qi)、分(fen)布式(shi) I/O 等)采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場(chang)總線(xian)(xian)通(tong)訊(xun)。電氣(qi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備主要包(bao)括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場(chang)各類檢測元件。
